RETURN POLICY/REFUNDS

Returns & Exchanges ARE NOT ACCEPTED: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our work, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless it is a mistake that we made on our end. If this happens, you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to reach out to us about any issues with your product(s). Refunds will NOT be given, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed, however, an exchange will be granted. You as the consumer is responsible to get the item back to us (item must be in the original packaging). Once the item is received, and inspected for use an even exchanged will be given but if your item appears to have been used it will be sent back to you and no exchanged will be processed. Always read product descriptions before purchasing. 

Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, so we will strive to make every order right! However, please note if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personalized details, messages/note to seller before sending your order.

We do not refund or replace lost or stolen packages. If your package couldn't be delivered because of the wrong address or for any reason and the package is returned back to us, we will re-ship the package for you with no additional fees. However, if we never received the package back in our possession no replacement or refund will issued.
