Here at Boss Mama Kreations, we want you to love your product! That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing time is different from shipping, this is solely based on the time we need to complete your order. Shipping time is not included in the processing time. Each tumbler has to cure a minimum of 3 days before shipping, and every tumbler gets 4-5 (sometimes more depending on design) coats of epoxy. Each coat needing proper curing time. Please be aware that once your package leaves our hands we have no control over any delays or other inquiries with USPS.

***If you order custom tumblers/items and you choose pick up at checkout, your order will NOT be ready at the given time frame. Your order will be ready according to the TAT listed here beginning the day of order and you will be notified via email and/or text when your order is ready for pick up. Please note that you can only have ONE fulfillment method in your cart. You cannot have some items shipped and some items picked up on the same order. You should place two separate orders. When RTS items are ordered with custom items, the RTS item(s) is defaulted to the custom item(s) turn around time, unless they are purchased separately.
Please Note: TAT does not include weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, please know turn around time starts on the next closest business day. If you have a large order TAT is expected to be longer and TAT does not include shipping time. Please place orders in a TIMELY MANNER if needed by a specific date! We try very hard to meet the shipping deadline. You can always check with us prior to placing your order if you need an item sooner. If we can, we are happy to work with you on your needs.
Ready To Sell (RTS): Tumblers and other RTS items are shipped within 3-5 business days, however, if personalization is requested on a RTS tumbler then it ships in approximately 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days). **Please note some RTS holiday themed tumblers comes AS IS and no personalization is allowed!
Made To Order (MTO): 3-5 weeks (15-25 business days)
Custom Order (CO): 4-6 weeks (20-30 business days)
Our tumblers are created from a stainless steel mug. Every Tumbler is made with the highest quality Glitter, vinyl, and FDA Approved Food Safe Epoxy (Resin) that gives each tumbler high shine and a glass-like smoothness finish after the required cure time. Tumblers will keep your favorite beverages cold 24+ hours & warm 8 hours with their double wall, vacuumed sealed technology! All of our products are handmade to perfection with only the highest quality supplies and equipment, and with one of our tumblers, you'll have one of the most durable and best designed tumbler on the market! Personalized it and you'll have a unique stainless steel best friend that's truly one-of-a-kind! The fact that the tumblers are handmade, no cup is EXACTLY the same! You will have a one-of-a-kind tumbler that sparkles just right! Due to the handmade nature of these tumblers, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (specs of glitter into a NON-GLITTER cup). We make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect before presenting it to you. The item you see pictured is to visualize what this item will look like once it is finished. Since all items are handmade, and due to the custom nature of the items, we will do our best to re-create the listed pictures. There is no guarantee that they will look the exact same as pictured. Tumbler Care Instructions:
- Hand wash only
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners and sponges
- Not dishwasher safe
- Not microwave safe
- Do not soak
- Tumblers are sensitive to extreme temperatures. We do not recommend leaving your tumblers in the car for extended periods, or in the freezer.
- They are not shatterproof, so please treat your tumblers with care! Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped, we cannot be responsible for mishandling.
CUSTOM WOOD SIGNS
Turn around time is 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days). Varying factors such as wood grain, texture, distressed qualities, wood condition all play a factor in creating each piece. We use pine wood and sometimes the natural oils the wood will come through the white paint. Although this isn’t very likely it can happen. Color, texture, "decorations", and size may vary from piece to piece. Our outdoor signs are coated to protect the design from weather and sun damage and to make them last. The indoor wood signs are also coated and seal for protection and to make them last. Wood rounds come with rope/wire in the back for hanging.
Turn around time is 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days) - if you have a large order turn around time is expected to be longer. TAT can sometimes be longer depending on if we need to order shirts.
Please keep in mind all t-shirts are unisex sizing unless it is stated and when ordering bleach items each item will vary with the bleach pattern but also the colors thrown will vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white, and grey . All will be relatively the same but it’s possible the colors can vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric. Please be advised.
Tie dye will also vary because each item is hand dyed so no two shirts will be exact.
*please note that we wash these shirts in "all free clear" liquid laundry detergent due to the bleach and dyes*
- Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean
- Wash shirts inside out
- Iron the shirts inside out
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach on finished shirts
CHANGES TO ORDER
Unfortunately changes CANNOT be made once your order has been placed. This includes but is not limited to, shipping address change, name changes, personalization changes, etc. Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about what you want on your tumbler or item. Provide as much details as possible including name, quote, design style, colors etc. If you have an image you would like to add to the tumbler please make sure to upload image. **Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names. We are not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end.** We cannot make any changes once you have received your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We always have new items IN STOCK (RTS) when we are creating new designs. However, EVERYTHING IN OUR SHOP ARE MADE WHEN ORDERED unless stated otherwise. Therefore, if you missed a RTS tumbler or item, it is very rare that it will be back in stock. If you see something that you're interested in but it's OUT OF STOCK, you can start a custom order and you can make any modifications that you want.
RTS tumblers/items are normally ready in 2-4 days. When your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified via email and/or text.
Once your order is placed please allow turn around time & processing time to create your tumbler or item. This does not include shipping time. Shipping cost also includes packaging and handling. Shipping method is standard USPS priority shipping, 2-3 days (Estimated times~ transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin) to receive your order so you’ll receive tracking info through an AUTOMATED EMAIL or TEXT MESSAGE once it has been marked as fulfilled. Normal shipping days are Monday-Friday. Please be aware that we only ship out during those days, and print shipping labels 2-3 days before actually shipping your package out. This means you’ll receive an email containing shipping & tracking info, BUT you will NOT see movement on tracking until they are picked up/dropped off. We schedule weekly pick-ups or drop offs that helps our business run smoothly. However USPS will not always make those pick-ups. Please understand, We are not amazon, but a one woman shop. We work very hard to get high quality tumblers out weekly. If you have any questions always feel free to email us and include your order number in the subject line.

Route Shipping Protection is automatically added to each order. Route can protect your order should it become lost or damaged in transit. They can even protect your order from porch pirates. You are not required to purchase Route Shipping Protection. However, should your order get lost or damaged in transit Boss Mama Kreations will not replace or refund those lost or damaged items. We encourage all customers to take advantage of the Route Shipping Protection added to your order. By unclicking or turning off the Route Protection coverage you are agreeing to void any coverage should your item is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. The insurance is there to protect our customers in case any issues arise. Any purchase with Route Shipping Protection are 100% covered. When you place an order with us you will receive an confirmation email. Shortly after, you will receive an email from Route with information on your order and how to file a claim. Do Not delete this email as it has an order # that is specific to your order with us. You need this order number to file a claim and BMK DOES NOT get a copy of this order number.
Route Claims Reporting Time Frame(s)
Lost Packages: Claims can be filed after there has been 7 days of no activity on the tracking
Claims for packages marked “ delivered must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the packaged was marked “ delivered.”
Claims for Damages: Must be filed within Seventy-Two (72) Hours after delivery confirmation at the final destination
If you have any questions, please let us know. If your package is stuck in transit, we will do what we can to help, but please understand that the information on the tracking page is the same information that we see.
Due to the nature of our work, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Unless it is a mistake that we made on our end. If this happens, you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to reach out to us about any issues with your product(s). Refunds will NOT be given and orders cannot be cancelled once placed, however, an exchange will be granted. You as the consumer is responsible to get the item back to us (item must be in the original packaging). Once the item is received, and inspected for use an even exchanged will be given but if your item appears to have been used it will be sent back to you and no exchanged will be granted. Always read product descriptions before purchasing.
Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, so we will strive to make every order right! However, please note if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personalized details, messages/note to seller before sending your order.
We do not refund or replace lost or stolen packages.
Once you receive your package, please open and inspect it right away. We work very hard to ensure all orders are accurate. However, if there is an error, you must notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery, no exceptions. You must include pictures of any misprinted items. If item(s) got damaged or lost during transit (contact Route if you have purchased their Shipping Protection- you should have received an email from them). If there is a problem with the function of your tumbler or item, we advise you reach out to us by email within 48 hours from delivery date so that we may fix it for you. Item must be returned to us in the original packaging. A new item will not be issued until we received the defective item. You as the consumer is responsible for shipment of the flawed item back to us with tracking information provided. This means you are responsible for shipping costs and fees to get it back to us. Shipping the item back to you when the item is repaired will be paid for on our end.
We don’t offer rushed orders at the moment, please place your order in a timely manner if needed by a specific date. All orders are worked on and completed in the order they are received, excluding RTS tumblers/items. In the case that your order is completed before the stated TAT, it will be shipped at our earliest convenience.
Please make sure you input the correct DISCOUNT CODES at checkout. Codes cannot be combined and limit one code per purchase. Some codes are restricted and applies only to certain collections. We cannot refund the difference if a discount code doesn’t work for you after checkout. Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be used on previously placed orders for refunds. Another discount code cannot be applied if an automatic discount is applied. However, you may contact us before checkout if you're experiencing any issues.

⚠️ Cross contamination with glitter can occur! Meaning, any non-glittered cups may have a tiny speck or two of glitter. We try our absolute best to make sure that doesn’t happen but sometimes it’s inevitable! ⚠️

Once your order has been placed, we CANNOT make any changes. This prevents us from making any mistakes and delaying your order. Please do not inquire about your order through social media. For a prompt response, I kindly ask that you contact us here.
We do not send daily/regular order updates. We wish we could, but we do not have enough hours in the day, and we try to get as much work time as possible to get orders out in a timely manner. This takes time away from us being able to do that.
Because these items are custom & handmade, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
