Shopping at Boss Mama Kreations guarantees a unique experience, and we want you to love your product! That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. ***Please note: We DO NOT use images, logos or make tumblers that are Copyright Protected such as but not limited to Disney, Marvel, NFL etc. 


The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing time is different from shipping, this is solely based on the time we need to complete your order. Shipping time is not included in the processing time. Every tumbler gets a minimum of 4 coats of epoxy (sometimes more depending on design) with each coat needing proper curing time. Please be aware that once your package leaves our hands, we have no control over any delays or other inquiries with the carrier.

***When RTS items are ordered with custom items, the RTS item(s) is defaulted to the custom item(s) turnaround time, unless they are purchased separately. TAT does not include weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, please know turnaround time starts on the next closest business day. If you have a large order TAT is expected to be longer. Please place orders in a TIMELY MANNER if needed by a specific date! We try very hard to meet the shipping deadline. You can always check with us prior to placing your order if you need an item sooner. If we can, we are happy to work with you on your needs.


Ready-To-Sell (RTS): Tumblers and other RTS items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, all RTS tumblers and items come AS IS and personalization is NOT offered.

Custom Order (CO): 6-8 weeks (30-40 business days). This is not to say it will definitely take that long, but it could. Please keep in mind when ordering, if you have a large order TAT is expected to be longer.

Our tumblers are created from a stainless-steel mug. Every Tumbler is made with the highest quality Glitter, vinyl, and FDA Approved Food Safe Epoxy (Resin) that gives each tumbler high shine and a glass-like smoothness finish after the required cure time. Tumblers will keep your favorite beverages cold 24+ hours & warm 8 hours with their double wall, vacuumed sealed technology! All of our products are handmade to perfection with only the highest quality supplies and equipment, and with one of our tumblers, you'll have one of the most durable and best designed tumblers on the market! Personalized it and you'll have a unique stainless steel best friend that's truly one-of-a-kind! The fact that the tumblers are handmade, no cup is EXACTLY the same! You will have a one-of-a-kind tumbler that sparkles just right! Due to the handmade nature of these tumblers, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (specs of glitter into a NON-GLITTER cup). We make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect before presenting it to you. The item you see pictured is to visualize what this item will look like once it is finished. Since all items are handmade, and due to the custom nature of the items, we will do our best to re-create the listed pictures. There is no guarantee that they will look the exact same as pictured. Tumbler Care Instructions:

  • Hand wash only
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners and sponges
  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Not microwave safe
  • Do not soak
  • Tumblers are sensitive to extreme temperatures. We do not recommend leaving your tumblers in the car for extended periods, or in the fridge or freezer (Leaving your tumbler in the fridge or freezer can result in breaking the vacuum seal which will not keep your drinks hot or cold)
  • They are not shatterproof, so please treat your tumblers with care! Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped, we cannot be responsible for mishandling.
  • All tumblers come with our logo and care instructions on the bottom. 


Unfortunately, changes CANNOT be made once your order has been placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. This includes but is not limited to, shipping address change, name changes, personalization changes, etc. Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about what you want on your tumbler or item. Provide as much details as possible including name, quote, design style, colors etc. If you have any image(s) you would like to add to the tumbler, please make sure to send it to us via email. **Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names. We are not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end. ** We cannot make any changes once you have received your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices, you have picked or if you lacked to specify something. 

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped, you can contact us, and we will cancel and refund your order via store credit, and you will have to place your order again with the correct address. If your order has been shipped with the wrong address, you will be responsible for contacting USPS or UPS to correct the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on their website. You will be responsible for any fees charged. If they are unable to make the change, and the package is sent back to us, we will cancel and refund the order via store credit after the package has been delivered to us, and you will have to place a new order. The refund will only include product price, we will not refund any shipping fees.


We always have new items IN STOCK (RTS) when we are creating new designs. However, EVERYTHING IN OUR SHOP ARE MADE WHEN ORDERED unless stated otherwise. Therefore, if you missed a RTS tumbler or item, it is very rare that it will be back in stock. If you see something that you're interested in but it's SOLD OUT, you can start a custom order and you can make any modifications that you want.


We don’t offer rushed orders at the moment, please place your order in a timely manner if needed by a specific date. All orders are worked on and completed in the order they are received, excluding RTS tumblers/items. We strive to get all orders completed by the estimated TAT and in the case that your order is completed before the stated TAT, it will be shipped at our earliest convenience.


Once your order is placed, please allow turnaround time & processing time to create and/or ship your tumbler or item and this does not include shipping time. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or First-Class Package. Shipping method is chosen by the customer. When checking out, the carrier provides an automatic TRANSIT time that we do not control. This time is in ADDITION to our processing time and carrier times cannot be guaranteed once it leaves our hands. Transit time varies depending on the package destination. Normal shipping days are Monday-Friday. Please be aware that we only ship out during those days, and print shipping labels 2-3 days before actually shipping your package out. This means you’ll receive an email containing shipping & tracking information when your order has been marked as fulfilled, BUT you will NOT see movement on tracking until they are picked up/dropped off. We schedule weekly pick-ups or drop offs that helps our business run smoothly. However, sometimes packages don't always get picked up on time. Please understand, we are not amazon, but a one-woman shop. We work very hard to get high quality tumblers out weekly. If you have any questions always feel free to email us and include your order number in the subject line.



Due to the nature of our work, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless it is a mistake that we made on our end. If this happens, you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to reach out to us about any issues with your product(s). Refunds will NOT be given, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed, however, an exchange will be granted. You as the consumer is responsible to get the item back to us (item must be in the original packaging). Once the item is received, and inspected for use an even exchanged will be given but if your item appears to have been used it will be sent back to you and no exchanged will be processed. Always read product descriptions before purchasing. 

Your satisfaction is VERY important to us, so we will strive to make every order right! However, please note if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personalized details, messages/note to seller before sending your order.

WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your package couldn't be delivered due to insufficient address or for any other reasons and the package is returned back to us, we will re-ship the package for you after you have pay the $5 re-shipment fee. ***Please DO NOT pay the fee until we have informed you via email that we have the package in our possession. 


Route Package Protection is automatically added to each order. Route can protect your order should it become lost or damaged in transit. They can even protect your order from porch pirates. You are not required to purchase Route Package Protection. However, by deselecting package protection, Boss Mama Kreations is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages and will not replace or refund those lost or damaged items. We encourage all customers to take advantage of the Route Package Protection added to your order. By unclicking or turning off the Route Protection coverage you are agreeing to void any coverage should your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. The insurance is there to protect our customers in case any issues arise. Any purchase with Route Package Protection is 100% covered. When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly after, you will receive an email from Route with information on your order and how to file a claim. Do Not delete this email as it has an order # that is specific to your order with us. You need this order number to file a claim and BMK DOES NOT get a copy of this order number. 

Route Claims Reporting Time Frame(s)

Lost Packages: Claims can be filed after there has been 7 days of no activity on the tracking.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the packaged was marked delivered.

Claims for Damages: Must be filed within Seventy-Two (72) Hours after delivery confirmation at the final destination.

If you have any questions, please let us know. If your package is stuck in transit, we will do what we can to help, but please understand that the information on the tracking page is the same information that we see.


Once you receive your package, please open and inspect it right away. We work very hard to ensure all orders are accurate. However, if there is an error, you must notify us via email at within 48 hours of delivery, no exceptions. You must include pictures of any misprinted items. If item(s) got damaged or lost during transit (contact Route if you have purchased their Shipping Protection- you should have received an email from them). If there is a problem with the function of your tumbler or item, we advise you reach out to us by email within 48 hours from delivery date so that we may fix it for you. Item must be returned to us in the original packaging. A new item will not be issued until we received the defective item. You as the consumer is responsible for shipment of the flawed item back to us with tracking information provided. This means you are responsible for shipping costs and fees to get it back to us. Shipping the item back to you when the item is repaired will be paid for on our end. 


Please make sure you input the correct DISCOUNT CODE at checkout - click on "show order summary" to add code. Codes cannot be combined and limit one code per purchase. Some codes are restricted and applies only to certain collections or products. We cannot refund the difference if a discount code doesn’t work for you after checkout. Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be used on previously placed orders for refunds. A discount code cannot be used if an automatic discount is already applied. Once your order has been placed, we CANNOT make any changes. This prevents us from making any mistakes and delaying your order. Please do not inquire about your order through social media. For a prompt response, we kindly ask that you contact us here.

We do not send daily/regular order updates. We wish we could, but we do not have enough hours in the day, and we try to get as much work time as possible to get orders out in a timely manner. This takes time away from us being able to do that.

Because these items are custom & handmade, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
